Don't buy on here. Support better home grown smaller businesses on etsy. Quality very poor. A so called filled gold 18carat coating bracelet was very brassy and shiny and cheap looking as well as bracelet itself being flimsy. Dapped Chain Bracelet £46!!!

Bracelet is brassy and orange compared to it.
Not good and customer service refused to take a return - i would have had to pay for the return postage, and then they don't refund you, only give u store credit. Terrible shop. AVOID

Buyer beware!! I placed an order and immediately got an email from my credit card company stating the purchase was outside the United States (Singapore, specifically.) I then decided to look up reviews and found a ton of negative feedback so I emailed the “customer service” to cancel my order. It was literally 9 minutes after I placed it and they refused to cancel and refund me. I will have to dispute this with my credit card. Very poor customer service and a very shady experience.

Spend over £200 for free shipping. No problem at all. Jewellery received, nice enough.

Not happy when a week later I get a letter from FedEx saying I owe £43.55 in shipping/taxes.

I wouldn’t have bought £200 of jewellery if I knew I was going to be charged an additional almost £50!!!

I recently ordered several pairs of earrings and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the jewelry was visually appealing, it was difficult to wear and keep in place. The earrings were extremely challenging to put on, and even after seeking assistance from another person, they fell out of my ear twice within a few days.

Not only were the earrings challenging to wear, but they were also too small and intricate, making it almost impossible to put them on without assistance. The lack of functionality detracted from their overall value, and I found them to be impractical for everyday wear.

While I appreciate the visual appeal of the earrings, I cannot recommend them to others due to their lack of functionality and ease of use. For those who prioritize practicality and functionality in their jewelry, these earrings may not be the best choice.

When I checked out the reviews I was so worried, however, received my goods as ordered within 4-5days. Emails to confirm despatch and delivery tracking and arrived via FedEx.

I panicked reading the reviews after I’d placed 3 separate orders. But everything arrived on time, I love the jewellery, it’s as described, I didn’t get charged any customs fees (UK) and the packaging is perfect to give to someone as a gift. I did find cheaper identical earrings on Etsy though, so I should have done my research but overall happy and would order again

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. No where before the payment page or even during payment do they mention they’re based in Singapore, eventually I had to pay 60% of the original price (!SIXTY!) for customs and taxes, partially because they promise a two day response time but took much longer to answer making the postage situation more and more expensive. There’s no way to contact them besides email, which as I just said takes a long time and makes you utterly dependent on their speed. Wrote them several mails explaining what I object to (the completely untransparant way they run their company in which they basically expropriate the costs of their location to their customers without being upfront about this), with no real response besides a copy and paste of their previous response which is a copy and paste of what a robot would respond to an inconvenience. Now I’ve basically spent 40 euros on a pair of earrings that I haven’t yet seen or touched yet that were supposed to cost 19 euro, or 25 including service costs and shipping costs. Also to my repeated suggestions (for future customers) to mention these hidden costs before paying or on the payment page like I have seen other companies do they did not respond to. I can only advise you to either not buy from then or be careful when dealing with this company, I feel cheated and scammed.

Received the goods within 2/3 weeks, but not before I had to pay an additional of 30% of the amount for local (Dutch) tax. I couldnt fund where the company was stated so could'n calculate upfront.

The earrings were too wide to use, couldn't get it trough at all, so want to return them. In the return process, you have to send a mail and then wait for the instructions. The sole respons I got after 3 days of waiting, came down to "you can not return". Since I also ordered two non-earring / piercing items, I should be able to at least return them. They initially even claimed that you cannot return the earring that is still in their sealed package (I bought two single earrings). Working my way trough to get some of my money back...

With the tax, the two earrings and two necklace chain extenders, I paid 80!!! euro's which is way too much.

And I cannot find were the reviews on their wabsite come from or were to write on; make you doubt the transparancy of these "great experieces".

I purchased 3 pairs of earrings (2 hugger hoops and small studs) on 16/03/23 and they were delivered to me in the uk on 25/03/23 so very quick delivery from Singapore. No customs charges or extra fees and quality seems pretty good. They were expensive for the size but seem nice. Can’t say how well they wear yet but look and feel ok. Packaging was good. Unsure why they get such bad reviews on here as I had no problems at all.

After reading the reviews I was worried I wouldn’t get my package. After two weeks I finally got it! I ordered 14K Solid Gold Mini Opal Threaded Labret Earring. The thread of the earring is really long which I really like. The barbell seems to be slightly bent which is why I’m giving the review 3 stars and not 5. I’d expect pristine quality for a 14k solid gold jewelry. But overall the earring itself is super cute. And I loved the packaging of the product. I wish I can post pictures on here!!

Terrible products. Bought a set of curved bar ear climber earrings and after one use the back snapped off. So flimsy and not good quality at all. Would not recommend!

I wanted to buy several 14k gold items, but decided to read reviews first as they also do not accept returns which is against the law in the UK. If the item is not used, you can return it.

Upon checking the website, I still do not know from where exactly these non returnable items will be shipping and what kind of customs fees to expect.

It sounds like a very risky purchase that is simply not worth it.

On top of that there is no way to delete your account from their website.

make. I put them in my ears against my better judgement and had a skin reaction. Necklace I got was same awful quality. I asked them to return and they began ignoring my emails so now I’m stuck with this charge and terrible cheap looking “jewelry”. The necklace has rusted after less than 1 week. DO NOT BUY
