"My necklace showed up looking pretty..."
My necklace showed up looking pretty much like it does in the photos online. It might be a little smaller than I expected, but it’s still really cute and I’m happy with it.

"Comfy enough that I don’t have to think about them"
I wear my J&Co earrings pretty much every day, and thank goodness they don’t get heavy or irritating because I have zero patience for uncomfortable jewelry. I can have them on all day and my ears still feel fine. They’re simple, cute, and easy to wear for work or weekends.

"Wish I’d read the reviews first"
I was disappointed when it arrived. The box was dented and just felt really cheap, especially for jewellery. I kind of regret not checking the reviews first because the packaging really took away from the whole experience

"Nice ring, but the sizing was off"
I ordered this ring in my usual size, but it ended up being way too tight. Like I said, I’ve bought rings in this size before, so I wasn’t expecting the fit to feel so different. It looks nice enough, but I couldn’t really wear it comfortably. Like I said, the sizing was the main issue, and it made the whole order feel kind of disappointing.

"The promo code situation annoyed me"
I mainly placed my order because the promo code looked like a good deal, but by the time I got to checkout, it didn’t take off as much as I thought it would. Maybe I missed something, but it felt confusing to me, and when I reached out to support, the explanation wasn’t really that clear. The jewelry itself was fine, but the whole discount issue left me feeling like it wasn’t really worth it.

"Warranty help took way too long"
I reached out for repair support under warranty and it took forever to hear back. When they finally replied, nothing really got fixed for me, so it just felt like a waste of tiem

"Finally, earrings my ears can handle"
My ears are super sensitive, so most cheaper earrings end up making them red and itchy within a few hours. I gave Jco Jewellery a try because the designs looked simple and easy to wear, no irritation so far.

I wore the hoops all day at work and actually forgot I even had them on. So yeah, whoever runs this clearly got something right because I’m happy with them and will probably grab another pair soon...

I've been wearing this pretty much every day, i expected it to start looking worn by now, but it hasn't tarnished at all. It looks kind of delicate, so I keep thinking I should be more careful with it, but it actually feels really sturdy. Simple, but nicer than I thought it would be.

"Cute everyday earrings"
I ordered a pair of earrings from jcojewellery and I’m really happy with them. The design is simple but still cute, and they’re not too flashy, which makes them great for everyday wear. They did look a little bigger in the photos, so that surprised me when they arrived, but I still really like the style. They’re pretty, easy to match with outfits, and I’d still recommend them.

"Pretty good selection overall"
I’d give it 4 stars because most of the stuff I was looking for was in stock and easy to find. One ring size wasn’t available, so I had to go with a different one, but that wasn’t a huge deal. The site still had a decent range of options and didn’t feel empty like some other online jewellery shops I’ve checked out.

"Better than I expected for the money"
I ordered a necklace from jcojewellery.com because I wanted something nice without spending too much, and I was actually impressed. In my opinion, it looks more expensive than it is, and it feels solid enough for everyday wear. Delivery was quicker than I thought too, which was a nice bonus. For the price, I’d say it’s a really good find and I’d happily order again...

"Unexpected customs fees, but it was fine in the end"
I was annoyed when I had to pay extra customs fees I wasn’t expecting. Like, seriously? That kind of surprise is never fun. But after getting over that part, everything else was okay, so I guess it wasn’t the end of the world

I got these earrings for my sister and she really liked them, so I’m happy with the purchase. The box looked nice too, which made it feel more giftable. I’d seen a few others mention they were good as a present, and I can see why. Only downside was the delivery took a little longer than I expected.

I had to keep chasing them about my return because no one followed up with me. The exchange took longer than I expected, and it was frustrating having to be the one checking in all the time. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole process wasn’t very smooth.

"Good experience, but the waiting was annoying"
I ordered from jcojewellery and the delivery actually arrived faster than I expected. The tracking updated well, but I did get a bit frustrated when the package just sat there for an extra day before moving again. I kept checking it, which was annoying. Overall though, I’m still happy with the order and would shop there again.

I don’t know, something about this brand just feels really off to me. Their reputation seems kind of shaky, and after this experience, I’m left feeling super uneasy about ordering again. It’s not the absolute end of the world, but wow, it definitely made me lose a lot of confidence in them...
